Your Baguette Is Wrong
Here at Squid Niki we tend to gravitate toward kitchen successes. Though, behind the scenes, behind every scene, disaster is penultimate. Most successes, at least most of my successes leap from the wellspring of disaster; Squid seems to be a more seasoned cook and I think she weathered her token culinary disasters at a younger age.
So, rather than a good recipe, today I present a baguette recipe for the dogs, literally.
4 cups All-purpose Flour
2 tsps Salt
1 tsp dry Yeast
2 tsps Sugar
1.5 cups warm Water
