Cucumber Salad

I’d rather eat my food than eat my words

Remember when I said I was going to make a granite? Well I did, and I will, before the summer is over as promised. However, while I was in the neighbourhood of palate cleansers, I discovered this little gem:

Cucumber Salad (adapted from my gargantuan sized Mediterranian Cuisine present):

1 Peeled, seeded cucumber, chilled and cut into strips
Atlas thyme (or regular thyme if you’re not currently residing on a mountaintop in Greece)
1 tsp Orange Flower Water

Toss, hoss.
